If you need a place to stay, we can give you a hand in arranging accommodation (for all types of budgests). If you already have a place to stay, pick the course that suits you best and just come an enjoy class. You can choose high-standard apartments right on the beach (Costa Teguise), share a room or the apartment with other students at surf-houses (Famara and Costa Teguise) or share an apartment with Spanish people. The minimum stay is one week. If you like, you have the option to extend your holidays and stay in the desired accommodation after your course is finished.

Apartments and houses are fully equipped; you don´t have to bring any towels or linen with you. All types of accommodation are self catering.

Apartment Type A (Costa Teguise)

Beautiful one-bedroom high standard apartment on the beachfront, totally equipped, in Costa Teguise. Beautiful views, swimming-pool and a small beach just in front of apartment. Ideal for two people who come together. During Christmas, Easter, the second half of July and all of August, this apartment is unavailable or needs to be reserved with at least 3 months in advance.
Price per apartment and week: € 450
During Easter (25/3 – 7/4), Summer (8/7 – 15/9) and Christmas (23/12 – 12/1): € 560

Apartment Type B (Costa Teguise)

Perfect location in Costa Teguise, on the same building where the school is located and few meters away from the beach and from the surf and windsurf centres. Great deal and very practical, fully equipped 1 bedroom apartments, 3 swimming pools, Reception, daily cleaning, internet access, tapas bar, cafés and night clubs near by.
Price per apartment and per week: € 240
Supplement Easter (25/3 – 7/4) and Christmas (23/12 – 12/1): € 80 /per week
Supplement Summer (8/7 – 15/9): € 150 /per week

Apartment Type C (Costa Teguise)

Apartments to share with other students or in private houses with rooms available; usually young people with extra rooms to share. Single room and access to the kitchen, bathroom, living room, etc. All Apartments are in Costa Teguise and close to the school. Linen and towels provided. Self catering.
Price per week and per person:
€ 120 if stay longer than three weeks
€ 150 if stay is less than three weeks
Plus 25 € for cleaning after end of stay.

Apartments in Famara

Famara is a small town in a very unspoiled, natural place. It is a surfer town – most people walk barefoot with a surfboard under his/her arm. The beach is breathtaking – especially with low tide - when the cliff reflects on the water. It is for sure the perfect place to practice surf. If you decide to stay here during you vacation, you will experience a relaxed surf town atmosphere, where it seems that the most important thing is to catch waves. As accommodation, you can choose from sharing a room with other people or have your own private room (sharing the bathroom). Self catering. Plenty of options to dine and eat in the nearby.

Surfcamp shared: You rent a bed and share the room with other kiters or surfers. There is a common lounge with TV and music, kitchen.
Price per person and week: € 110

Surfcamp single: You have your own room and share the bathroom with other kiters. Access to the kitchen and lounge. Self catering.
Price per person and week: € 220

Price includes linen, towels and cleaning once a week. Note: You will need a car to come to school, as La Academia is on the other side of the island.

We recommend that you reserve as soon as possible for Easter, July, August and Christmas.
